These Terms of Service cover your use of apartmentleasefinders.com and the apartment locating services of Apartment Lease Finders (“we”, “us”, “our”), based in Houston, Texas. By using this website or our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Our service
We help renters find apartments and connect them with participating apartment communities. Renters do not pay us for apartment locating. Participating properties compensate us when a renter we referred signs a lease.
We are not the landlord, owner or property manager of any community we show you. We are not a party to your lease and we do not make approval decisions. Each property sets its own application criteria, fees, deposits and lease terms, and decides who is approved.
So the property recognizes our referral, please list Apartment Lease Finders as your locator on the guest card and on your application at any property we sent you to.
Licensing
Real estate brokerage services are provided under a brokerage licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). See the TREC Information About Brokerage Services and the TREC Consumer Protection Notice linked at the bottom of every page.
Pricing, specials and availability
Rents, move-in specials, fees and availability come from the properties and from third-party data sources. They change often, sometimes daily, and are not guaranteed until the property confirms them in writing. Always confirm pricing, specials and terms with the property before you apply or sign. Photos and floor plans are for illustration and may not show the exact unit.
Your responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You agree to give us accurate information and to read your lease and any application documents yourself before signing. You are responsible for your own decisions about where to live.
Calls, texts and emails
When you send us your phone number or email, you agree that we may contact you about your apartment search, including by phone, text message and email, and that some messages may be sent with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of using our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or HELP for help. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email.
Partner services
We may point you to independent partners for moving-related services, such as utilities, renters insurance, movers and cleaners. These partners are separate businesses with their own terms. We may receive compensation from them. We are not responsible for their products or services.
Website content
The content on this website, including text, guides, graphics and our logo, belongs to Apartment Lease Finders or its licensors. You may view it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell or scrape it, or frame our pages on another site, without our written permission. Property photos and names belong to their respective owners.
Reviews and feedback
If you send us feedback or a review, you allow us to use it to improve our service and to share it on our website and marketing. We only share reviews as written.
Fair housing
